Microweddings, Minimonies and Intimate Weddings. How will you wed during the coronavirus out break?
Jennifer and Joe's Minimony!

There are some new wedding terms since the coronavirus outbreak. Minimonies are small ceremonies for couples who do not want to wait to get married and in the future they plan on having a big party. Microweddings are wedding ceremonies and receptions that have fewer than 50 guests in attendance.

Jennifer and Joe had planned on getting married on June 12, 2020. Their wedding reception was supposed to take place on the Atlantic Ocean at The Allegria Hotel in Long Beach. At first they cancelled their wedding because of the pandemic. Then a week before their June 12 wedding date they called an asked me if I would be available to photograph their wedding ceremony. I was thrilled for them! It was my first time photographing a wedding while wearing a mask and at least for now, will not be the last time. Their ceremony was intimate and beautiful. During these hard times it’s a pure joy and a blessing to witness two lives coming together. Thank you Jennifer and Joe

I love the getting ready part of the day. There is so much excitement in the air. These are extra precious since Jennifer and her children are helping each other prepare for the ceremony.
